Maraschino Vittone

The production of Maraschino started in a Dominican monastery in Zadar, Dalmatia in the sixteenth century. A colorless sweet liqueur made from a special type of black cherry "Marasca" from which it derives its name.

Maraschino Vittone is used to make desserts, with fruit salads or ice cream. It also used in cocktails such as:

  • 1 / 6 of orange juice (or lemon)
  • 1 / 6 Maraschino Vittone
  • 4 / 6 Gin

  • 1 cherry
  • 1 Long Orange Zest
